She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul and Emma; her husband Elmer E. Pirk; her son Edward; her son-in-law Dr. Andrew Owsiak; and her siblings, Jeanette Tarwid, Marion Brack and Donald McGregor.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Pirk (Sherry) and Dr. Paula Owsiak; her grandchildren, Stacey Peterson (Michael), Breinnan Kribel (Joel), Dr. Andrew Owsiak (Ashley Thompson), Kristine Coogan (Brian), Dr. Patrick Owsiak (Rachel), Peter Owsiak (Megan), Michael Owsiak (Sheela Ramesh) and Dr. Christopher Owsiak (Joanne); her great grandchildren, Conor, Drew, Emma Peterson, Sloan and Quinn Kribel; her grandchildren, Alice, Mae, Eleanor Coogan, James, Madison, Luke Owsiak, Mina, Milo Owsiak, Madeleine, John and Andrew Owsiak; and her close friend Henry. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Luke's Episcopal Church have been suggested.
