He is survived by: his children, Terrie Moore, Richard Moore (Caren) and Robert Moore; his grandsons, David Heiser (Amanda), Joshua Heiser (Samantha) and Caleb Moore (JJ Shallock); and his great grandchildren, Kylee, Aaron, Daniel, Jaxson and Alayna. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
