She was predeceased by: her parents, Maximilliam Gutierrez and Guadalupe Gutierrez; her son Johnny Gutierrez; and her siblings, Jesse Gutierrez (Amanda), Sally Marquez (Mike), Ysidro Gutierrez (Nina) and Max Gutierrez.
She is survived by: her children, Maria Gutierrez, Norberto Gutierrez, Rosemary Aviles (Anthony) and Theresa Alanis; her grandchildren, Marisa (Tanner), Albert, Gabriella, Anna, Nickolas, Evangeline, Anthony Jr., Carmine, Venecia, Isaac and Tyler; her great grandchildren, Colton, Liliana and Xavier; and her sister Olivia Ramos. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
