It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Murray Bedford (Racine, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 6, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Avon Herschel and Mabel Jean Murray (Milne); and her former husband Emmett Bedford. She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Outland of Racine; her children, Shelley Miller (Leon) of Denver, Eric Bedford and Monte Bedford (Beverly Iverson) of Central, SC; and her stepdaughters, Leslie Michelic of Appleton, WI and Lauren Outland of Inglewood, CA..
