He was predeceased by: his parents, James Randall and Margaret Randall (Oleson); his wife Mary J. "Jodie" Humpal; and his brother-in-law Edward Mataitis (Gene Humpal). He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Mataitis of Rochester, MN and Margaret "Peggy" Johnson (Andrew) of Grand Forks, ND; his close friend Jill Baranowski; and his sisters-in-law, Jan Goryl (Rich) and Cindy Humpal. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; his great nephews.
