He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Clope and Marie Clope (Dreher); his sister Gretchen; and his brother-in-law Pat Dechant. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Marie Becker; his children, David Clope (Jane), Scott Clope (Lauri), Gail Stedman (Robert), Laura Black and Jane Connaughton (Ian); and his grandchildren, Hayley, Matthew, Jacob, Nicholas, Kathleen, Meaghann, Clara, Benjamin, Elizabeth, Lucas and Morgan. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorials to St. Rita Catholic Church and/or St. Catherine's High School have been suggested.
