He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfrid and Norma; his wife Sharon Haas; his children, Douglas Haas and Theresa Lynn Haas; his daughter-in-law Megan Jackson; and his brothers, Dennis Haas and Randy Haas.

He is survived by: his children, Susie Douglas, David Haas (Carolyn) and Thomas J. Haas. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other family members and friends.
