He is survived by: his wife Cindy A. Parkhurst; his children, Jennifer Puma (Matthew), Joshaua James (Katheryn), Shawna Hyatt, Tara Hyatt (Zach O'Brien) and Ryan Hyatt (Becca); his grandchildren, Alex, Riley, Isabella, Sam, Abby, Devin, Amary of Chase, LJ, Emma, Willow and Zayne; his stepmother Tilly Hyatt; his siblings, Catherine Hyatt, Lynn Halbur (Brian), Jerry Kannenberg, Michelle Hyatt, Linda Hyatt and Jimmy Hyatt (Jill); and his in-laws, Scott Parkhurst (Dawn) and Steve Parkhurst (Kelley). He is also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and dear friends.
