He is survived by: his children, Rose Gutierrez, Cynthia Gutierrez, Gerardo Gutierrez II and Christopher Gutierrez (Samantha); his grandchildren, Marianna, Patricia, Gabriela, Nicolas, Tobias, Emilio, Alejandro and Isabel; and his sister Patricia Hernandez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
