He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustave and Oletta; and his siblings, Mel Hoffman (Doris) and Dorothy Masare (Milan). He is survived by: his wife Nora Lee; his daughters, Debbie Lischka (Terry), Vicki Orgas (Lou) and Jill DeVries (Gary); his grandchildren, Dave Lischka (Amber) and Leann DeVries; his great grandchildren, Addy, Nolan and Oaklyn; and his nephews, Dick Hoffman (Cecily) and John Hoffman. He is also survived by 7 brothers-in-law & sisters-in-law; nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends.

Memorials to the American Heart Assn. or to the American Cancer Society have been suggested.
