She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frederick Flancher III and Helen Reinke Flancher; her husband Otto Balde; her children, Penny Timm (Jeff) and Dave Balde (Robin); and her grandchildren, Brian Granetzke (Jen), Craig Granetzke (Laura), Lisa Vanaria (Jim) and Amanda Sipin (Richard). She was also cherished by eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Faith Lutheran Church have been suggested.
