He was predeceased by: his father Clarence; and his brothers-in-law, James Schoff and John Eaton. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, Mark Singer, Angie Riley (Dave), Jeff Singer (Jane), Kelly Singer and Tim Marcado (Kori Sustachek); his mother Helen Singer; and his sisters-in-law, Pat Schoff and Lynne Eaton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, other relatives and many dear friends.
