It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwen Ann Swanson (Racine, Wisconsin), born in Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Holmberg and Jane Holmberg (Jones); her husband Clarence Leo Swanson (Kelly); her daughters, Linda Mary Swanson, Kelli Ann Skindzelewski (Swanson) and Christine Rae Reinighaus (Cook); and her siblings, Mary, Barbara and Robert.
She is survived by: her son Scott Swanson (Cindy); her grandchildren, Jennifer (Cook), Woyner (Bill), Christopher Cook (Lena), Meghan Comeaux (Adam), Samantha Fernholz, Joshua Skindzelewski, Hailey Molinaro (Vinny), Tasha, Jessica and Nathaniel Swanson; and her great grandchildren, Joseph, Sean, Ryan, Andrew, Aidan, George, Hunter, Autumn, Aria, Maxamillion and Naomi. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorials to First United Methodist Church have been suggested.
