He is survived by: his great-nephews, Garret Owsichek, Matt Cody and Andy Cody; his great-niece Heather Cody; his sisters-in-law, Marie Paul and Elaine McInnis (Norman); his nieces, Joanne McGuire (Lance), Joyce Jelinek, Darcy Matus (Keith), Renee Teddy, Donna Schaff (Jerry), Dyan Schaff, Alicia Masters (Kelly), Gail Whittier (Jim), Laura Knoch (John) and Kathy Kaplan (Steve); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Eric Matus, Jeremy Matus, David Teddy, II, Leeland Teddy (Morgan), Grant Whittier, Kolton Knoch, Seth Kaplan, Jameson Masters, Scott Williams, Ashley Bruce, Sarah Narlow, Christina Chambliss, Jessica Williams, Joslin Williams, Sophia Masters, Corrine Lawlor, Brenna Knoch and Taryn Kaplan; Heather Nelson. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
