Irene Tempesta Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on November 10, 2025, at the age of 79, Irene Tempesta (Racine, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gary Walter and Irene Dora Lentz; her husband Ronald J. Tempesta; and her son Zachary James Sorensen. She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Rovik (Randall), Anna Tempesta (Frank Cacciotti), Joseph Tempesta (Aubrey) and Sarah Sorensen (Adam Lantz); her grandchildren, Cali Allan, Benjamin Rovik, Taite Allan, Samuel Rovik (Nicole), Elizabeth Rovik, Zachary Tempesta, Julia Rovik and Roy LaPerriere; her great grandchild Emeline Grace Rovik; her sisters, Gail Lentz and Carol Hansen (Bruce); her in-laws, Cathleen Tempesta, Annette Tempesta-Thibodeault and Rose Ann Hoeft (Chuck); and her friend Barb Schoeffel. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Inclusive Living Possibilities Inc., the organization building the future home of her grandson, Zachary, have been suggested.
