It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey Hugh Hayes (Racine, Wisconsin), born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 11, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father John Hayes. He is survived by: his children, Dianne and Papelbon; his wife Jill Simons; his children, Sean Hayes (Ana), Kelly Blickle (Jon), Katy Bontempo (Jimmy), Rachel Hayes, Eleyna Graczkowski and Wyatt Graczkowski; his grandchildren, Pearl, Irene Hayes, Colin, Miles, Emily Blickle, Roland, John and Junior Bontempo; his mother Barbara Hayes; his siblings, Tim Hayes (Marily), Chris Hayes and Mary Richter (Dave); and the mother of his children Dianne Hayes-Papelbon (Bruce). He is also survived by his 4 children, 8 grandchildren, wife, mother, siblings, and large extended family and friends, many in-laws, nieces, nephews, friends and family.
