He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Madsen and Ethel Madsen; and his brother Jim Madsen. He is survived by: his daughters, Heidi Madsen and Kimberlie Standiford (Todd); his grandchildren, Christopher Hartmanstorfer (Holly), Matthew Hartmanstorfer (Lakisha), Manda Liertz, Brian Hartmanstorfer and Abbey Davitz (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Jerome, Hayden, Payton, Jeremiah, Brycen, Parker, Paxton, Jasper, Maxine and Charlotte; his sister Judy Madsen; his sister-in-law Evelyn Madsen; and his son-in-law Wayne Dake.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home & Crematory (4600 County Line Rd, Mt Pleasant, WI 53403). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been suggested to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org) or the American Cancer Society. Consider a donation, as requested by the family.
