She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester and Florence; her husband Ted; her daughter-in-law Sheila Pinkalla; and her brother Richard Veltus.
She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Pier (Pegi) and Thomas Pier; her grandchildren, Jason, Amanda, Rudi and Alex; and her sister-in-law Esther Veltus. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials to St. Edward Catholic have been suggested.
