He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert and Martha; and his siblings, Judith Clark (Bernard) and James Eickhorst (Francine). He is survived by: his girlfriend Linda; his girlfriend's daughter Heather Hoppe; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Eric and Eddie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Memorials to Lutheran High School have been suggested.
