He was predeceased by : his brother-in-law Shehryar Qutub. He is survived by : his sister Pamela Christiaansen (Nancy Qutub) of Racine; his close friend Jason Reschke; his wife Patty Eder; and his niece Yasmeen Qutub. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends.
