He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard and Nancy. He is survived by: his wife Beth Urick; his daughters, Amy Beth Mahoney (Aaron) and Amber Urick; his pet Samuel Hamuel; his brothers, Mike Urick (Tammy), Jim Urick (Jane) and Bill Urick; and his in-laws, Mike Ross (Mary Jo) and Lee Voeks (Lori). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; his best buddy.
