He is survived by: his wife Francisca Trujillo; his children, Lucy Garcia (Ramon), Freddy Martinez (Sonia), Concepcion Martinez (Flora), Estela Rendon (Dennis) and Danny Martinez (Sandra); his grandchildren, Damasio, Olga (Corey), Marrianna, Eliazar, Anjelica, Concepcion, Jr. (Kate), Faustino (Mariza), Estrella (Rogelio), Feliciano, Britney (Brandon), Marcos, Augustine, Ariella (Walde), Noeli and Daniel; and his sister Belia Palacios (Joe). He is also survived by 25 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
