He is survived by: his wife Belia Palacios; and his children, Jose Reynaldo Palacios, Rita Cark, Gina Mueller (Bill), Irene Harrington (Robbie) and Mario Palacios. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives & family friends.
