It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Karen L. Janot (Racine, Wisconsin), who passed away on June 24, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl and Eva; her husband Theodore E. Janot; her brother Mark Poppelman; and her parents-in-law, Cathie Poppelman and Gary Lawrenz.
She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Lockhart and Jeff Janot (Jill); her grandchildren, Alex, Caitlin Carew, Lauren Shields (Alan), Zachary and Benjamin Janot; her brother Roger Poppelman; and her mothers-in-law, Julie Schuebel, Judy Matthews, Kathleen Lawrenz, Karen Hancock and Phyllis Poppelman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
