We are sad to announce that, on February 26, 2026, at the age of 74, Kathleen Stark McCarthy in Racine, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. Kenneth Blake Stark Sr. and Eleanor Vergason Stark; and her siblings, Diane Stark Austin, Kenneth Blake Stark Jr., Eileen Stark Rose, William Stark and Vivian Stark Young.

She is survived by: her husband Edward McCarthy; her daughter Erin McCarthy Bowman; her former husband Christopher Bowman; and her granddaughters, Ellery and Charlotte Bowman.
