He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Ruelle and Ottilia Ruelle; his siblings, Donald J. Ruelle and Mary Jean Anderson (Bill); his parents-in-law, Walter and Joan Johnson; his brothers-in-law, Dean Hicks, Allen Johnson and Gene Allen Johnson; and his niece Shannon Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Jeanne-"JT" Kocha (Tim) and Julie Vodicka (Brian); his grandchildren, Becky Kent (Ryder), Jack Kocha, Abigail Vodicka and Emma Vodicka; his siblings-in-law, Judy Ruelle, Kathleen Hicks, Barbara DeFaut (Danny), Karen Johnson (Willie), Wally Johnson (Eleanor), Gary Johnson (Kathy) and Kenny Johnson; Jim, Perry, Jerry and Michelle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
