He was predeceased by: his parents, Aldonia Paden and Marcus Fields Paden; and his brothers, Willie Mayes and Marcus Paden, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Hattie Pearle Mayes of Fresno, Rufus Paden of Potts Camp and Gary Anthony Paden of Decatur, Illinois; his cousins, Shirley Woods and Janice Koonce; and his close friends, Maggie Swoops, Annie Stoner, Sherry Steward and Jerry Wainwright. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home (4600 County Line Rd, Mt Pleasant, WI 53403). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
