He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his sons, Lee Kasper Jr. (Kathryn) and Kyle Kasper (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Sam Marquardt, Mia Kasper and Ben Kasper; his mother-in-law Rose Weiss; and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Barilla (Bob), Eric Weiss (Cindy) and Kurt Weiss (Vickie). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
Memorials to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Tripoli Shriners have been suggested.
