He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. and Mary H.; and his siblings, Clarence Phephles (Erma), Arthur Phephles (Alvina), Mary Bohl (Henry), Tina Mae Storberg (Glenn), June Kluge, Harold Kluge (Joyce), Rose Brantner and Morris Wold.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Kluge; his children, Timothy of Sun City and Kim Parsons of Racine, WI; his grandchildren, Megan Parsons of Milwaukee and Krys Parsons of Madison; and his brothers, Carl Kluge (Mary), Elmer Wold and David Wold. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials to the family have been suggested.
