He was predeceased by: his parents, James Berryhill and Rophy Berryhill; his son Leon Berryhill Jr.; his brother Clement Berryhill; and his sisters-in-law, Beulah Berryhill and Jo Rutha Berryhill.
He is survived by: his wife Crystal Berryhill of Racine, Wisconsin; his children, Shawnnette Braxton (Hugh) of Peoria, Deshawna Hicks (Mike) of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Eric Berryhill (Tiffany) and LeAndre Berryhill of Racine, Wisconsin; and his siblings, Dora Berryhill of Racine, Linda Brown (Robert) of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, William Berryhill of Racine Wisconsin and Robert Berryhill (Janine) of Antioch, Tennessee.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, cousins, aunts, uncles, and a host friends.
