It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lillian Mogden of Racine, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel H. and Mary; her husband Emil Mogden; her daughter Mona Marie Mogden; her brother Samuel Ford; and her granddaughter Zena Mogden.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Mogden (Nancy J.), Steven Mogden (Virginia), Jeffrey Mogden (Nancy L.) and Patric Mogden (Colleen); her grandchildren, Jeremiah Mogden (Ashley), Joshua Schoeller, Nicholas Mogden (Laura), Justin Mogden (Heather), Matthew Mogden, Jessica Spencer, Kevin Spencer and Stephanie Hupp (Mike); and her granddaughter-in-law Amber Estes. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Purath Strand Funeral Home (3915 Douglas Ave, Racine, WI 53402). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
