She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Holtz and Nellie Martin; and her siblings, Barbara Nelson and Chuck Holtz. She is survived by: her children, Harvey Kost Jr. (Cindy), Michael Kost (Nancy), Melissa Thery (Stephen) and Susan Worden (Joseph); her grandchildren, Harvey III, Jennifer, Gina, Gregory, Kevin, Emma, Madeline, Andy, Harry Jr., Chrystal, Kelly and Erin; and her sister Becky Holtz. She is also survived by great-grandchildren, friends.
