He is survived by : his father Lewis Cook; his stepmother Ute Cook; his stepchildren, Abby Koepke (Christopher Karnowski), Ericka Windsong, Donald Koepke (Brandon Ahler) and Amy Koepke; his aunt Carolyn Langford; his cousins, Barbara and Pamela Cook; his in-laws, Deb, Pete Reesman, Bill and Heidi Koepke; his mother-in-law Laura Koepke; and his close friend Greg St. Charles. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
