It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucille Edith Cherney of Racine, Wisconsin, who passed away on January 30, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Nelson and Edna Nelson; her husband Robert E. Cherney; her daughter Karen Willis (Chris); her grandson Ethan Taleck; and her sisters, Joyce Helvick (Gordon), Dolores Small (Joseph, Jr.) and Marilyn Clausen.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Cherney and Julie Taleck (Todd); her grandchildren, Amy Santee, Jeff Santee and Olivia Taleck; her sister-in-law Sally Holterman; and her niece Nancy Rittgers. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the family, who in turn will distribute to Lucille's favorite organizations.
