Villafañe-Kost (Krystle); his grandchildren, Luis Angel Villafañe III, Aliana Rose Villafañe, Evalisse Angel Villafañe and Kost; and his siblings, Gladys Ortiz, Minerva Cruz, Narda Villafañe, Angel Villafañe, William Villafañe, Hector Villafañe, Victor Villafañe Nancy Villafañe, Sorayda Villafañe, Yolanda Villafañe, Milagros Villafañe, Miguel Villafañe and Sandra Villafañe. He is also survived by brothers and sisters in law, many nieces, nephews, and many very dear friends.
