She is survived by: her parents, John A. Usa and Carol A. Usa; her son Jesse Thomas; her grandchildren, Liam, Linkoln and Lyndie Thomas; and her siblings, John Usa (Antoinette), Tom Usa and Suzanne Vermiglio (John). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
