He is survived by: his mother Colleen Flick; his significant other Robert Alan Hetland; his children, ShaiAnn Howard (Josh) and Kyle Flick (Sheena); his grandchildren, Julian Howard, Jameson Howard, Kyree Smith-Flick, Tobias Howard, Kadree Smith-Flick, Zara Smith-Flick, Isabella Howard and Zya Smith-Flick; his brothers, Keith, Jeff and Chad Flick; his sisters-in-law, Ann Flick and Kathy Flick; his close friends, Lee Basterash and Susan Flick; and his caregiver Deb. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.
