He was predeceased by: his parents, Gus Adam and Ruth Adam; his siblings-in-law, Gus and Elly Filz; and his brother Ken Adam.

He is survived by: his sons, Peter Adam (Kelley) of Fennimore and Bryan Adam (Kelly) of Bristol, Wisconsin.; his grandchildren, Madelyn, Warren, Jillian, Miriam, Genevieve, Isaiah, Kellen, Ember and Forrest; his wife Ursula; his sister Lori Griffin (John); and his sister-in-law Donna Adam.
