We are sad to announce that, on December 21, 2024, at the age of 85, Mary Jean Lane (Racine, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus George Pryor and Johnie Mae Cooper (Walker); her husband Edward Keith Lane; her stepfather Homer Cooper; her brother A. G. Pryor; her cousin James Lee Orr; her aunts, Effie LaVerne Carmen and Grace Evelyn Walker (Clute); her uncle Hules Clint Walker (Bubba); and her friend Emily Hayes.
She is survived by: her daughters, April (Derrick) and Tracy (Craig); her grandchildren, Siobhan Aliss Polk, Demetrius Hall Polk, Aris Lane Hall of Eugene, OR, Alexander Keith Hall and Andrew Edward (Demetria); and her great grandchildren, Kaleil Javelle Hall, Zayah Alexandria Hall, Zuri Monae'Hall, Ayana Michelle Hall and Allen Mark Keith Hall. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-great cousins.
