He was predeceased by: his mother Patsy Rubel; and his granddaughter Kaylee Dykstra. He is survived by: his father Robert Rubel; his wife Joanne Rubel; his sons, Russell Kaminski (Sarah) and Steven Rubel; his grandchildren, Allex (Alex), Brett (Morgan), Conner (Brooke), Matt (Haley), Gavin and Lydia; his great grandchildren, Aspen and Addison; and his siblings, James (Sandra), David (Neva), Peter (Tracy) and Diane. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Purath Strand Funeral Home (3915 Douglas Ave, Racine, WI 53402). A memorial service was held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
