He was predeceased by: his former wife Laura Lynn Shook; and his sister Michelle Davis. He is survived by: his sons, Justin Shook (Lynne Carlson) and Brandon Shook (Sydney Tepley); his parents, Bernita Ricketts and Clois Shook (Val); and his siblings, Durane Shook, Juvanda Anderson and Ralph Ricketts.
