Nancy Tyyska Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy Tyyska (Racine, Wisconsin), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 19, 2026 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Paul Lane and Eva Lane; her husband James A; her sisters, Patricia Carter and Sharon Reid; and her stepdaughter Janine LoCastro.
She is survived by: her son James A. Tyyska Jr.; her daughter-in-law Virginia Trevino Tyyska; her stepdaughters, Becky Potter (Arnold) and Carol Tyyska; her grandchildren, David Tyyska (Misty), Alex Tyyska, Anna Tyyska and Eva Tyyska; and her great grandchildren, Tessa, Judah, Julien, Eli, Thea and Eveanna. She is also survived by step-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials/donations may be given to All Saints Cancer Center Garden of Hope or American National Cancer Research Center.
