He is survived by: his daughter Malayna Phillips; the mother of his child Abigail Larson; his parents, Nina Gutierrez (Belmares) and Hamin Phillips; his siblings, Christian Gutierrez (Nikko), River Gutierrez, Angelina Gutierrez and Aubriella Phillips; his grandfather Hamin Mohammed (Dude); his nieces and nephews, Mia, Lilliana, Malory and Apallo; his stepparents, Joe Graceffa and Kate Ziebell; and his friends, Anthony Bennett, Elias, Angelo Robles, Cara and Caitlin Sheehan. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles cousins, extended family.
