She was predeceased by: her parents, Ola May Burton and Roy Jones; and her brothers, Lionel, Lenell and Ronald.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Hughes; and her children, Pamela Burton, Tamieka Burton, Thomas Burton, Tyreese Burton (Rashaun), Tonyo Burton and Tikkia Burton. She is also survived by 31 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
