He was predeceased by: his brother John Burdick; and his parents, Milton Burdick and Frances Burdick. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Sprague; and his sisters, Sue Lambert (Michael) and Carol Rudie (Tom). He is also survived by other family members and friends.
