He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert and Ethel; his wife Patricia; his son Charles "Chuck" Duff; and his brothers, Lee, Ivan and Bruce.
He is survived by: his friend Ann Marie Putman; his daughter-in-law Claudia Duff; his grandchildren, Dr. Kevin Cappelen and Kimberly Koprovic; his great grandchildren, Karson, Keegan, Kollin, Casey and Carter; and his sisters-in-law, Gretchen Duff and Judy Lemmons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
