He is survived by: his wife Sue; his daughter Julie Floistad (Daniel) of Mpls, MN; his grandchildren, Dresden and Archer; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Domenk-Kramer; and his siblings-in-law, Sheri Kostic (Dean Felske), Dan Kosterman (June) and Steve Kosterman. He is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.
