He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Schacht and Mabel Schacht. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, David Schacht (Mary), Sharon Dolan (Drew) and Kristi Forbes (Alan); and his sister Sandra "Sandy" Hansen (Donald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and innumerable dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Hospice Alliance's Hospice House in Pleasant Prairie, WI; 4th Fest of Greater Racine; or Carthage College.
