Penny L. Tower Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 7, 2023, at the age of 80, Penny L. Tower of Racine, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Dygon and Alma Dygon; her brother William Dygon; and her brothers-in-law, Frederick Schmitt and Dick Elias.
She is survived by: her children, Dawn Kraczek (Jeff) and Rich Tower (Jessica); her grandchildren, Alex Framstad (Caitlin Kujawa), Julia Frey (Erick), Josie Tower and Henry Tower; her sisters, Karen Schmitt and Jean Elias; her close friend Peggy Robinson; and her pet Zeke.
