He was predeceased by: his parents, Rafael Ramirez, Sr. and Alicia; his son Raul; his brother Homero; and his niece Leticia.
He is survived by: his children, Tanya Ramirez (Larry), Guadalupe, Armando and Arnulfo Ramirez; and his siblings, Jose, Rudy, Guadalupe, Juan, Martin, Sylvia and Dora. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
